Meet Carolyn

Hi, I’m Carolyn — a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to supporting individuals and families virtually in New York and Connecticut through the deeply personal experiences of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood.

With a background in inpatient, outpatient, and in-home therapeutic settings, I bring over a decade of experience walking alongside clients through moments of challenge, transition, and healing. Today, in my private practice, I specialize in perinatal mental health — offering a warm, nonjudgmental space for mothers, fathers, and caregivers navigating the emotional complexities of fertility, birth, postpartum recovery, and parenting.

Whether you are a mother, father, non-birthing partner, or part of the LGBTQ+ community, my services are all-inclusive and affirming, honoring each person’s unique journey and creating a supportive environment where all feel seen, respected, and valued.

I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) and earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairfield University. My approach blends clinical expertise with compassion, tailored support, and the belief that seeking help is a strength — especially when caring for others begins with caring for yourself.

Whether you’re adjusting to life with a new baby, managing anxiety or depression, or simply needing a place to be heard and understood, I’m here to support you.
